During February our volunteer tutors and other supporters are helping us #SharetheLoveIndy. As a part of this month when we celebrate the collective power of donors of all giving levels, we want to be sure to highlight some of our foundation supporters. These are a diverse group of funders who allow us to create new programs and enhance and sustain our existing ones.

Thank you to all of our amazing grant supporters who help make our programming possible year after year! Here is just a portion of the exciting new things we’ve been able to do this school year, thanks to these supporters!

Hoover Family Foundation allowed us to expand STAR (Striving Toward Academic Readiness) at Brookside Elementary from kindergarten and first grade into second grade as well!

Sheila Fortune Foundation helped us expand our already awesome Creativity Kits by funding an audio component. You can learn more about the way music is helping our kids learn about art here.

Angie’s List helped support the expansion of MartH (Math + Art) at Washington Irving Elementary from fourth grade into kindergarten. This expansion has allowed us to help even more children learn important math concepts by using art!

Other amazing supporters from this year include Lilly Endowment, Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust, ECMC Foundation, Ronal McDonald House Charities, Junior League of Indianapolis, Ackerman Foundation, Brave Heart Foundation, Pacers Foundation, PeyBack Foundation and the Robert and Toni Bader Charitable Foundation. We could not continue to help students experiencing homelessness achieve academic success without funding from supporters such as these!

Want to make a difference this month? You don’t need to be a foundation! Learn more about our #SharetheLoveIndy campaign and make a financial contribution to help kids today!
